Vegetable Collage
Vegetable Collage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby limas, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen french-style green beans, 1 green pepper, sliced thinly and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook frozen vegetables separately and drain well.
Arrange all of the vegetables in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together the whipped cream and mayonnaise and spoon over the vegetables.
Sprinkle top with the grated cheese.
Bake casserole at 300Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated and brown on top.
