Vegetable Clam Chowder
Vegetable Clam Chowder is an impressive soup you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with medium potatoes, peeled and diced, celery, diced, medium carrots, sliced, c. fresh parsley and medium onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place all ingredients, except cheese and clams, in a large pot and cover with water; bring to a boil.
Turn heat down and simmer until potatoes are soft (approximately 1 hour).
Remove from heat and add cheese and clams.
Reheat until cheese is melted.
