Vegetable Cheese Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. frozen vegetables *, 1 stick butter, 1 stack crushed ritz crackers, 1 tbsp. garlic powder and 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook vegetables and drain.
Melt butter.
Add garlic powder and 1/2 of the crushed crackers.
Mix with vegetables.
Cut up Velveeta cheese into vegetable mix.
