Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots combination, thawed and drained, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
