Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) cans veg-all, drained, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. shredded sharp cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together and add salt and pepper.
Place in a greased casserole dish.
Crumble 1 stack of Ritz crackers and sprinkle over top.
Melt 1 stick of margarine and drizzle over.
