Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 3 or 4 large potatoes, sliced, 2 onions, sliced, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown ground beef; drain excess fat.
Put in long baking dish. Place sliced potatoes on top of ground beef, then place sliced onions on top of potatoes.
Add the mushroom soup, then add 3/4 can of water.
Pour over top.
Add frozen mixed vegetables on top and bake for 1 1/2 hours, until potatoes are tender.
