Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 c. grated cheese and 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spray 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with Pam.
Layer vegetables in dish.
Mix celery, onion, cheese and mayonnaise and spread over the vegetables.
Crumble the Ritz crackers and mix with the melted oleo.
Spread over top and bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
