Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with (15 oz) cans veg-all (or your favorite vegetables), sliced water chestnuts, cream of chicken soup, c mayonnaise (or 1 c sour cream) and small onion, finely chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, cream of chicken soup, onion, and mayonnaise (or sour cream) together
Place in a 9 X 13 glass baking dish
Melt butter and mix with crumbled Ritz crackers
Spread crackers over top of casserole
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
Serves 8 to 10.
