Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. grated cheese (medium sharp), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook vegetables, celery and onion for 5 minutes (until partially tender) in salt water; drain.
Combine cooked vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese.
Place in casserole dish. Combine crumbs and margarine.
Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
