Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can shoe-peg corn, drained, 1 can french-style green beans, drained, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix corn, green beans, onion, green pepper, celery, sour cream, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and cream of celery soup.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Melt margarine.
Stir in crackers and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
Put on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
