Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) bags frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained, 1 c. mayonnaise (i use 1/2 c.), 1 c. grated cheddar cheese, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken, celery or broccoli), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and soup.
Pour into baking dish.
Combine cracker crumbs with melted margarine and spread on top of vegetables.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
