Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (16 oz.) pkg. california style vegetables, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, velveeta cheese, 5 to 6 slices white bread and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook vegetables; drain and spread in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Mix in 2 cans cream of mushroom soup.
Add a layer of Velveeta cheese slices.
Cube 5 to 6 slices of white bread and spread over top.
Melt 1/4 cup butter or margarine and pour over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour.
(Cover for last 10 minutes.)
