Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, limas, peas, etc.), 1 c. onions, diced, 1 c. celery, diced, 1 c. grated cheese and 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook vegetables as directed and drain.
Add onions, celery, grated cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix all together.
Put cracker crumbs on top of casserole and pour 1 stick melted butter all over crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° until bubbly, about 25 minutes.
