Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. fresh mixed vegetables (corn, beans, peas and carrots), 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained, 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 3/4 c. lite mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine vegetables with cheese and mayonnaise; season with salt and pepper.
Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Mix crackers with margarine and sprinkle on top of casserole.
