Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded sharp cheese, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/8 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put vegetables in a saucepan with 1 cup of water.
Cook until tender.
Drain.
Add soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, water chestnuts and 1/2 can French fried onion rings. Cook, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Uncover; add remaining cheese and onion.
Cook 5 more minutes.
