Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cheese soup, 1 box frozen broccoli (chopped), cooked, 1 box frozen corn (whole kernel), cooked, rice and dash of salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare soup with milk; heat to boiling.
Fill empty can with rice; add to boiling soup.
Cover; remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes, then stir.
Set aside.
Cook broccoli and corn; drain.
Add to rice mixture.
Add green pepper, salt and pepper.
Pour everything into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 30 minutes, until heated through.
