Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen cauliflower, broccoli and asparagus, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 c. velveeta cheese, 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onions and bell pepper in butter.
Mix all ingredients, except 1/3 cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Pour in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
