Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large (16 oz.) bags frozen mixed vegetables, 1 can water chestnuts, drained, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. cracker or bread crumbs and 1/4 c. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and cheese in large mixing bowl.
Put in buttered 2-quart casserole.
Add margarine to crumbs and sprinkle over top.
Bake 30 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
