Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables (any kind), 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 c. mayonnaise, 3/4 c. chopped onion and 1 small can sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook and drain the frozen vegetables.
Place in 8 x 8 casserole.
Mix them with the cheese, mayo, onion and water chestnuts.
