Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. broccoli, carrot or cauliflower (frozen), 1 can sliced water chestnuts, 1 c. shredded cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Steam vegetables until thawed.
Add water chestnuts, cheese, mayonnaise and onion.
Mix well.
Pour in casserole dish.
Mix crackers and margarine.
Pour over top of casserole.
