Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can french-style beans, drained, 1 (16 oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute for 3 minutes in 3 tablespoons butter, onion, celery and green peppers.
Mix with other ingredients.
Put in casserole dish and cover with crushed crackers that have been mixed with the 1/2 cup oleo.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
