Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 or 16 oz. frozen vegetables, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. grated cheese and 3/4 c. chopped onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Frozen vegetables for 6 minutes in just salt and water (no grease).
Pour off liquid; pour into casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2 quart).
Grated cheese, celery, onion and mayonnaise. Stir to together.
Crackers and top casserole.
Pour 1/2 melted butter on top of crackers. Cook at 300Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbles.
