Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) can shoe peg corn, drained, 1 (15 oz.) can french-style cut green beans or frozen, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese and 1 can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients together.
Place in casserole bowl.
Top with 1 roll of Hi Ho or Ritz cracker crumbs (35 crackers), 1/2 cup slivered almonds and 1/2 cup margarine.
