Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium carrots, 2 medium zucchini, 1/4 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. flour and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cut carrots and zucchini julienne style and then cook them until they are tender.
In a saucepan add the first eight ingredients and cook over medium heat until smooth and thick.
Do not boil.
Then mix vegetables and sauce in a casserole dish. Stir bread crumbs, cheese and margarine together and spread over the top.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350Β° to warm and brown crumbs.
