Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shoe peg corn (frozen), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine chestnuts, onions, celery, green pepper, corn, green beans, cheese and soup.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole.
Combine margarine and crackers or corn flakes.
Sprinkle on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes.
