Vegetable Casserole
Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese, 1 can creamed corn, 1/2 c. cracker crumbs and 1/3 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup of cheese and tomatoes.
Layer half of vegetable mixture and tomatoes in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with remaining vegetable mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and tomato wedges; continue baking for 15 minutes.
