Vegetable Calzones
Vegetable Calzones is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 small clove garlic, crushed, 1/4 tsp. dried oregano and 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In small skillet melt butter over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic.
Cook and stir about 3 minutes.
Squeeze liquid from spinach, then chop.
In medium bowl combine onion mixture, spinach and cheese.
Cut dough crosswise into 6 equal pieces.
On lightly floured surface roll and fill.
Place calzones on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
