Vegetable Bread
Vegetable Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled, 3/4 c. parmesan cheese and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute vegetables in margarine 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
Add fried and crumbled bacon.
Separate 1 can of biscuits into 3 to 4 layer sections and layer in Bundt pan (bottom and sides).
Sprinkle cheese and vegetables and cover with more layers of biscuits.
Do this 2 to 3 times, then put one more layer of biscuits over this mixture and fold over edges of biscuits from sides and middle. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes until brown.
