Vegetable Bars
Vegetable Bars is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 pkg. crescent rolls, 2 pkg. light or nonfat cream cheese, 1 pkg. light hidden valley ranch mix, 1/2 c. light mayonnaise and 1/2 c. nonfat yogurt or sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cover bottom of cookie sheet with rolls.
Lay out flat and press down perforations.
Bake at 350Β° for 7 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and dressing mix until smooth.
Spread on cool crust.
Chop vegetables very fine; toss with cheese and sprinkle over creamy layer.
Sprinkle with bacon and place onion rings on top.
Cut and serve.
