Vegetable Bake
Vegetable Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 zucchini and 1 yellow squash, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Butter the bottom and sides of a 2-quart soufflé dish.
Wash each vegetable and slice very thin.
Place a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom of the dish and dot with butter.
Repeat the process with the other vegetables in order; dot with butter in between each layer.
Top with Cheddar cheese and bacon strips. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
Serves 6 to 8.
