Veg-All Casserole
Veg-All Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans veg-all vegetables, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. chopped onions or medium size onion, 1 egg, beaten and 1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain vegetables and mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole dish.
Melt 1/2 stick butter, add crushed Ritz crackers (approximately 20) and spread over top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
