Veg-All Casserole
Veg-All Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1 small can water chestnuts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Chop water chestnuts.
Place vegetables and chestnuts in
Add chicken soup, onion, celery and mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Pour into a 2 to 3 quart casserole dish. Top cracker crumbs and margarine.
Bake at 350Β° about 45 minutes, until bubbly and crackers are browned.
