Veg-All Beef Casserole
Veg-All Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked noodles, 1 onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. margarine or butter, 1 lb. ground beef and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook noodles until tender.
In 1 1/2-quart boiling water to which 1 1/2 teaspoons salt has been added, lightly brown the onion in margarine or butter.
Add ground beef and cook slowly until brown, about 10 minutes.
Blend in flour.
Add cooked noodles.
Add Veg-All, including the liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Pour into greased baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350Β°. Serves 6.
