Veg-All Beef Casserole
Veg-All Beef Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked noodles, 1 onion, finely chopped, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 lb. ground beef and 2 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cook the noodles until tender, about 15 minutes in 1 1/2-quarts boiling water to which 1 1/2 teaspoons salt has been added. Lightly brown the onions in butter.
Add the ground beef and cook slowly until brown.
This will take about 10 minutes.
Blend in the flour; add cooked noodles and Veg-All including the liquid.
Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes.
