Veal Marsala is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. veal, 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, 1 tsp. minced garlic and 1/3 c. brown stock, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut veal in small pieces.
Flatten with a mallet to tenderize. Dredge in flour with salt and pepper added.
