Veal Balls
Veal Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground veal, 4 medium onions, cut fine, dash of thyme and sage, salt and pepper and 5 to 6 slices bread, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Shape into balls and brown in shortening or butter.
Place in casserole. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can of water.
Add a little flour.
A little Kitchen Bouquet may be added.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
