Vanilla Sugar Cookies
Vanilla Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 c. softened margarine, 1 egg, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix powdered sugar and margarine in large bowl.
Stir in egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Roll half of dough at a time, 1/8 in. thick on surface dusted with powdered sugar.
Cut into desired shapes.
Placed onto ungreased or parchment lined cookie sheet.
Bake 7-8 minutes or until light brown.
Remove cookie sheet.
Makes about 5 doz. 2 in cookies.
