Vanilla Rice Pudding
Vanilla Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. 2% low-fat milk, 1 egg, well beaten, 1 (4 serving) pkg. jell-o vanilla pudding and pie filling, 1 c. rice and 1/4 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.
Add rice and raisins.
Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowls.
Place plastic wrap or wax paper on surface of hot pudding.
Refrigerate about 1 hour.
Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
