Preheat oven to 425Β°. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over apples, tossing to coat well.
Spoon apples into pie crust.
Drizzle with lemon juice.
In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup flour; cut in butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Slide pie into a brown paper bag and fold end over twice.
