Upside Down Vegetable Pizza
Upside Down Vegetable Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, any vegetables you like, 2 c. tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce, farmer's cheese or mozzarella cheese and crescent rolls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
If using tomato sauce, add basil, oregano and garlic.
Brown turkey.
Layer in bottom of casserole dish.
Layer any vegetables (cooked a little on stove) on top of turkey.
Layer 2 cups sauce on top of veggies.
Put a little cheese on top.
Place the crescent rolls on top as a crust.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
