Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. dried oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef and onion.
Pour off fat.
Blend in pizza sauce, garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon salt and oregano.
Put mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
In small bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and flour.
Pour over mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 60 minutes.
May also add before batter, mushrooms and bell peppers.
