Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburg, 1 medium onion, chopped, 15 1/2 oz. pizza sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown hamburg and onion.
Pour off fat, blend in pizza sauce and garlic powder.
Put mixture in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour.
Pour over meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. (Mushrooms, bell pepper strips, Italian sausage or Canadian bacon can be added.) Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
