Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, 1 can or jar (15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/4 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Brown meat and onion.
Blend in sauce, garlic salt and oregano.
Put in greased pan and sprinkle with Mozzarella.
In small bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, salt and flour. Pour over meat mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Can add peppers, mushrooms, Italian sausage or bacon, if desired.
