Upside-Down Pizza
Upside-Down Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground chuck, 1 c. chopped onions, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1 to 1 1/4 oz. pkg. spaghetti sauce mix and 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown meat and onions.
Drain well.
Stir in tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Spoon into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
Unroll crescent rolls and place on top of cheese. Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Crust will be golden brown.
