Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake
Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. pecans, chopped, 1 c. coconut, 8 oz. cream cheese and 1 c. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake according to directions on box and pour over top of mixture.
Mix cream cheese, margarine and sugar together.
Pour over cake mixture, leaving 1-inch on each side.
Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
Block out to serve.
