Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake
Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 c. coconut and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Spray cake pan well with Pam.
Put pecans and coconut into bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to directions; pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and melted margarine; pour over cake batter.
Mixture may be stiff and need to be dropped by spoonfuls on top of batter.
Bake at 325Β° for 50 to 55 minutes.
