Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake
Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. pecan pieces, 3/4 c. flaked coconut, 1 pkg. german chocolate cake mix (2 layer), 3 eggs and 1 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line bottom of pan with pecans.
Sprinkle coconut over pecans.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using eggs, water and oil.
Pour over coconut.
Beat together cream cheese, sugar and margarine. Mixture will be thick.
Spoon and spread evenly over cake batter. Bake at 350Β° for 50 to 55 minutes until cake pulls away from edges of pan.
Cool completely.
Turn over on rectangular cake plate to serve.
