Spray 9 x 13 pan.
Layer pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake by package directions and pour over pecan/coconut layer.
Mix softened oleo and softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
Drop mixture by spoonfuls over the cake mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
