Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake
Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box german chocolate cake mix, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 c. coconut, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 c. butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix according to package directions.
Pour over pecans and coconut. Combine cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar; pour over cake batter, leaving 1/2 to 1-inch on sides.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Serve from pan.
