Upside-Down Delight
Upside-Down Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 6 slices bacon, 1 green pepper, cut in rings, 12 pimento stuffed green olives, sliced and 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Brown bacon and crumble in a 10 or 12-inch frying pan. Arrange pepper rings and sliced olives in pan.
Cover pepper and olives with crumbled bacon, salt and pepper to taste.
